Research has shown that people have a higher propensity to develop allergic reactions to natural latex after surgery. For that reason, doctors prefer non-latex elastic.
Fasten the hooks and eyes on the straps at the loosest setting. Then put the bra on like a shirt by inserting your arms through the arm holes. Next, fasten the four hook and eyes between your breast. Adjust the strap to tighten as needed. Once you’ve determined the tightness of the straps, keep them hooked to make it easy for you to put on and take off your BraLisa.
In order create the ideal blend of organic cotton and spandex (88%/12%) we had to purchase a large quantity of fabric from the mill we contracted with in Southern California. Black was the color doctors recommended for our post-operative clients. We plan to offer other colors in the future.
